Our November event is English Country Dancing, as usual, but with two particular focus points: Veteran’s Day, and the upcoming Fezziwig Ball.

Veteran’s Day is one of our more serious themes for a dance, but we always enjoy playing some songs popular during World War One and Two during our prelude and intermissions. Dressing for either era is welcomed as well.

Registration for the Fezziwig Ball opens the night of the Veteran’s Day Dance. You can register at the dance, or online after that evening. We will also spend some time focusing on teaching one or two dances that will be done at the Fezziwig Ball, so those who wish to be better prepared can come and feel ready for the year’s big event.
