“The Old Dominion Dancers put on an engaging show.†-Gregory Schmidt, Festivals International
From 2010 to 2015 OldDD Performance group met weekly to practice for performances at events, festivals, and nursing homes. Eight to twelve teenagers did thirty minute performances and video recordings several times a month at the end of each performance semester. OldDDP is not currently meeting due to a low availability of dance callers, but we hope that one day this enjoyable ministry will be able to start again.
“We were blessed to have the Old Dominion Dancers perform for our annual Jane Austen Birthday Tea in December of 2010. The Dancers entertained us with several English Country Dances, after which they invited us all to join them for dancing. The greatest portion of the audience joined in the fun! The Dancers were both gracious and professional. We greatly appreciated their exceptional entertainment.â€

“The presentations by the Old Dominion Dance group were well received by both the visiting public and the interpreters. I look forward to their return, possibly on a regular basis. -John Slader, Supt. Ft. Atkinson SHP
“We so enjoyed your dancers coming to Fort Atkinson and performing. They are all such delightful and lovely young people who genuinely seemed to enjoy themselves as they performed. How nice to see your group keeping the art of English Country Dancing alive and beautifully represented.  It added so much to our living history experience at Fort Atkinson to have you there. Thank you.”
