A pet peeve: searching for new dance instructions and videos online and not finding anything but old dance lists for dances in Maryland, or California, or Texas, five years ago. Seriously, I’m not going to buy a book of instructions every time I need a specific dance. And dancers, if you post a video of a dance on youtube, do me the favor of naming the dance. It helps.

Since the beginning of OldDD I have had the goal to post written instructions and a video of every dance we do here on the website, to help others understand the dances and be able to teach them if need be. Slowly, slowly we are working toward that goal.
