As you know OldDD lost it’s regular rental facility this past winter, which made for some interesting scheduling over the spring. We danced at special venue Scottlyn Yards in April and completely skipped May. June and July we danced at St. Peter’s gym in 90 degree heat.You all deserve a reward for that!
Now, finally, we have what I hope will be a permanent home: For the rest of 2012 OldDD is scheduled to rent St. Mark’s Lutheran school gym(1821 North 90th Street). St. Mark’s has been great to work with; the gym is wonderfully air conditioned and is pristine clean. I am very much looking forward to dancing there starting August 17th.
The dance will be held at St. Peter’s gym, 28th and Leavenworth, starting promptly at 7pm.
